Abilities
Venom: Bellamy has a single defense mechanism, in the form of his incredibly potent venom. He has a total of six long tentacles attached to the bell on his head, each one lined with deadly nematocysts. The slightest touch is enough to trigger a sting, and a single sting can be extremely debilitating, painful, and in many cases lethal. The smaller a creature is, the quicker the effects come into play, as the venom can spread throughout the body quickly. The most immediate effect is the pain, which is unbearable for almost anybody, located first at the location of the sting, but then slowly spreading as the venom travels through the body. The pain alone can often send the victim into shock, depending on their tolerance. A notable symptom is the immense anxiety that washes over the victim, followed by paralysis of random body sections, and muscle pain. The venom works to shut down the brain, lungs, and heart, and when it succeeds, the victim doesn't recover. However, with a powerful healer nearby, the victim can often be saved. Otherwise, Bellamy often keeps several small potions on him, created by the faction, which can remedy most of the damage done, but he doesn't typically hand them over easily.
Water Breathing: Bellamy can breathe underwater.

Weaknesses
Thick Skin/Armor: In order for Bellamy's sting to work, it needs to penetrate the skin. Creatures like dragons that have thick skin are more difficult to get venom into than others. To solve this, Bellamy will put the venom on a weapon such as a knife or an arrow and get the venom in that way. Sadly this is less effective on armor. In the case of armor, he will try to find openings, but depending on the design, a full body suit of armor can be his defeat.
Non Organic Creatures: If someone doesn't have a physical heart, lungs, or brain, Bellamy will have next to no luck trying to get around said someone. Golems, elementals, and the like are all capable of overwhelming him with ease.
Dehydration: Bellamy's body is greatly reliant on water, even more so than a typical Xerin of the ocean. Rather than using bones, his body relies on water pressure to push against his skin and keep him from falling to the ground uselessly the way a jellyfish typically would if placed on dry land. If he dries out too much, he becomes weak and eventually immobile. To remedy this, Bell will often lug a wagon around with a large water canteen on it.
Size: The larger a creature, the more venom it will take to take it down. A large Saurian would never end up dying from a single sting, and would only feel a fraction of the pain something like a wolf would go through.
Bio luminescence: Bellamy would like to consider himself an assassin with plenty of potential, but he has a trait that may hold him back a tad. He glows. During the day it isn't so bad, but at night his location becomes a dead giveaway. Because of this, sneaking up on targets is extra difficult. His sting is very powerful, but it's no easy task for him to actually land the hit in the first place.
Fire: Bellamy becomes dehydrated easily when confronted with fire. Dehydration is already a huge problem, but fire speeds the process up greatly, and almost instantly in the right case.
Cold: Bellamy's body is composed mainly of water, which puts him at a great risk of freezing. He won't freeze quite as easily as the same mass in water would, but he's still close. Below temperatures of -3°C/26°F he will require some method of keeping warm, or he will freeze.
